DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 30 días calendario posteriores a la entrega del pedido.
Condiciones:
- Los productos deben estar nuevos, sin usar y completos.
- La ropa debe conservar sus etiquetas originales.
- Los perfumes y cosméticos deben estar cerrados y con sus sellos intactos.
- Los equipos de protección personal no deben haber sido utilizados.
- Los productos personalizados no admiten devoluciones por cambio de opinión.
¿Quién paga el envío?
Si el cliente cambia de opinión o elige una talla equivocada, paga el envío de regreso.
Si enviamos un producto incorrecto o defectuoso, asumimos los gastos razonables de devolución que correspondan legalmente.
¿Cómo solicitar una devolución?
Contáctanos dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega, indicando el número de pedido y el motivo. Te proporcionaremos las instrucciones.
Reembolsos
Una vez recibido e inspeccionado el producto, procesaremos los reembolsos aprobados normalmente dentro de 7 días hábiles, mediante el método de pago original cuando sea posible.
Estas condiciones no limitan los derechos legales del consumidor.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.
Conditions:
- Products must be new, unused and complete.
- Clothing must still have its original tags.
- Perfumes and cosmetics must be unopened, with their seals intact.
- Personal protective equipment must not have been used.
- Personalized products cannot be returned because of a change of mind.
Who pays for shipping?
If the customer changes their mind or chooses the wrong size, the customer pays for return shipping.
If we sent an incorrect or defective product, we cover the reasonable return costs as required by law.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days after delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process approved refunds, normally within 7 business days, to the original payment method whenever possible.
These conditions do not limit the consumer's legal rights.
